About Us

We are Dalia Coffee roastery, a husband-and-wife team, Darek and Martina, with roots in the picturesque village of Silůvky. Before the roastery came our passion for drinking coffee, and later amateur coffee roasting at home in a bread oven and with a heat gun. :)

After maternity leave, Martina decided that we would borrow money from our family for a roaster and start our own roastery. It was the year 2018. Naively, we thought that once we launched our e-shop, people would rush in to buy our coffee. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen, and customers mostly came to our home, buying coffee by ringing the doorbell. We lasted about a year like that, dodging our kids and even our dog, until we decided to convert our garage into a café so we could serve coffee in a legitimate and pleasant environment for customers.

In 2022, Martina decided to take a job elsewhere, and Darek left his IT career to take over both the roastery and the café. Does Darek regret it? Not at all! Coffee is his passion, and we hope that shows. We do our best for both the coffee and for you, and since 2025 we have been focusing exclusively on specialty coffee – a wonderfully diverse world.
