The name Brazil Santos refers to the famous export port from which Brazilian coffee has traditionally been shipped to the world. Although the name of the coffee remains the same, the actual contents change over time – however, we always select specialty coffee with a cupping score of 80 points or more.

The reason for this rotation is the current market situation and the high prices of commodity coffee on the exchange, which discourage us from buying it when, at the same price, we can have specialty coffee that is higher in quality and tastier.

After roasting, we always run the coffee through a destoner to ensure that only clean coffee without any foreign objects reaches you. A destoner works on the principle of a vacuum, lifting only the light roasted beans up into a container, while heavier foreign objects remain at the bottom. Sold only in 1 kg packs and, of course, always freshly roasted.
