The secret ingredient in this chocolate - beurre noisette, known as brown butter, is caramelised butter with a distinctly nutty aroma. It has given our spread not only the taste but also the aroma of its Easter predecessor.
Another special ingredient in Mazance is cocoa beans from Ecuador, which, thanks to their creamy-nutty flavour, complement the butter perfectly. These points, grown on the Hacienda Limon farm, belong to the rare National (Arriba) variety and are currently considered one of the most sought-after in the world.
Finely roasted, ground with granite stones, tempered, packed with love.
