Contains:
Ginger root, mint, lime blossom, rosehip, chamomile blossom and cinnamon bark
Preparation:
🔹 Ingredients:
- 1-2 teaspoons of the tea mixture (ginger, mint, lime, rosehip, chamomile, cinnamon)
- 250 ml of water (approx. 95 °C)
- Honey or lemon (optional)
🔹 Procedure:
- Bring the water to 95 °C - this releases the herbs' aroma and beneficial substances.
- Put 1-2 teaspoons of tea mixture per 250 ml of water in a mug or teapot.
- Pour in hot water and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes - shorter for a milder taste, longer for a more intense infusion.
- Strain and serve:
- On its own– for a clean herbal taste
- With honey – for a subtle sweetness and extra soothing effect
- With lemon – for a refreshing citrus twist
