Preparation:

This velvety smooth rooibos-based tea will enchant with its natural sweetness and a hint of vanilla. Sunflower and sand smelt add a subtle floral freshness, while candysugar beautifully balances the flavour. Perfect for relaxing at any time of the day - decaffeinated but full of comfort! 🍵✨

🔹 Ingredients:

• 1-2 teaspoons Vanilla Sky tea
• 250 ml water (90-95 °C)
• Honey or milk (optional)

🔹 Procedure:

1. Heat the water to 90-95°C - rooibos does not need boiling water to retain its tenderness.
2. Put 1-2 teaspoons of tea per 250 ml of water in a mug or teapot.
3. Cover with hot water and leave to infuse for 5-7 minutes - shorter for a lighter flavour, longer for a richer aroma.
4. Strain and serve:
   • On its own– for a clean, slightly sweet taste.
   • With honey – for an even smoother and sweeter experience.
   • With milk – for an extra creamy and warm variant.
