El Diviso is a family-owned farm located in the coffee-famous region of Huila, Colombia. Under the leadership of Nestor Lasso and his family, the farm has become a leader in specialty coffee innovation, combining traditional expertise with modern experimental techniques.

Over the years, El Diviso has focused on producing high-quality micro-lots and refining its fermentation and drying methods to enhance the flavor and complexity of its coffees.

Surrounded by lush mountains and nourished by fertile volcanic soils, the farm benefits from an ideal climate for coffee cultivation. Nestor’s commitment to excellence and his scientific approach to coffee processing have helped El Diviso gain international recognition, making it a sought-after origin for roasters and specialty coffee lovers alike.

Nestor Lasso is a young and pioneering coffee producer whose passion for experimentation and quality has transformed El Diviso into a hub for specialty coffee innovation. Growing up in a coffee-producing family, he took the opportunity to go beyond traditional cultivation methods and explore new fermentation and drying techniques.

By implementing advanced processing methods and working with unique coffee varieties, Nestor has positioned El Diviso among the most respected farms in the Huila region. We roast coffee 3 times a week, ensuring it always reaches you freshly roasted. We have been roasting our own coffee since 2019 in Silůvky, Moravia.
