The coffee beans are processed using gentle decaffeination methods such as the Swiss Water Process, sugarcane process (EA process), or the CO₂ method (also known as the sparkling water method). These methods allow decaf coffee to retain its natural flavour notes and aroma while reducing the caffeine content to as little as 1%.
