Product detailed description
Urnex Cafiza 2 is a potent but biodegradable product, certified safe by NSF company.
Usage:
- Remove the perforated basket from the portafilter of your coffee machine
- Insert a blind basket (without holes) into the portafilter instead
- Put one teaspoon of Cafiza 2 into the blind basket and put the portafilter into the espresso machine
- Start coffee making and wait for the machine to pressurize
- Turn off the coffee making and wait 30 seconds
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 five times
- Remove the portafilter from the espresso machine and rinse all Cafiza residues from the blind basket
- Put the portafilter with the blank basket back into the espresso machine
- Start the espresso machine as if you were going to make coffee and wait for the machine to pressurize
- Turn off the coffee making and immediately repeat step 4 6 times
- Done
